New York, NY – January 21, 2026 – Neptune BidCo US Inc. (the “Issuer” or the “会社概要”), an affiliate of Nielsen Holdings Limited (“ニールセン”), announced today that it has priced an offering of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2033 (the “備考”). The Notes will be guaranteed by its parent company, Neptune Intermediate, LLC (“Parent”), and certain subsidiaries of the Issuer. The offering is expected to close on January 28, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
