放送時間はネットワークによって異なるが、17のネットワークが午前10時（東部標準時）から午後4時（東部標準時）の間にライブ放送を行った。
下図は、これらのネットワークの平均視聴者数の合計である。このテレビ（TV）視聴率勧告の2021年の合計値には、家庭外（OOH）視聴とコネクテッドTV（CTV）視聴が含まれていることに注意することが重要である。CTVからの寄与は、政治イベントの放映では11%にもなる。
