CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE Q3 2014 PRIZE DRAW
Le informazioni sulle modalitร di partecipazione e sui premi fanno parte delle presenti condizioni di partecipazione. Tutti gli intervistati idonei che compilano e restituiscono a Nielsen uno dei seguenti moduli:
a. Sondaggio sui lettori delle pubblicazioni nazionali neozelandesi (Face to Face Weeks 27-37) tra il 26 giugno e il 15 settembre 2014; oppure
b. Diario di ascolto della radio neozelandese (Wave 3) tra il 27 giugno e il 15 settembre 2014; oppure
c. Sondaggio sugli ascoltatori di Radio New Zealand (2014/3) tra il 27 giugno e il 23 settembre 2014.
riceveranno automaticamente una (1) partecipazione all'estrazione a premi del 3ยฐ trimestre 2014 per ogni sondaggio completato. Limite di una (1) partecipazione per ogni rispondente idoneo per ciascuno dei punti (a) - (c) di cui sopra.

will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 3, 2014 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one Completed Survey (d) per eligible respondent.
A ‘Completed Survey’ is any one of (a) โ (d) above that is completed and returned to Nielsen by eligible respondents within the designated time period.

1. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. ย Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
2. Promotion commences on 26 June 2014 and closes on 15 October 2014. ย The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above. ย
3. The draw will take place at 11am on 29 October 2014. ย The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winnerโs name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 9 November 2014. Promoterโs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
4. The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL prize, a NZD$5,000 cheque. ย The prize winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.
5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. ย No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
6.
