Neuer Nielsen-Service quantifiziert die TV-Reichweite in wichtigen Wรคhlersegmenten
New York, NY - 6. August 2015 - Nielsen (NYSE: NLSN) gab heute die Unterzeichnung einer Vereinbarung mit der Sinclair Broadcasting Group bekannt, wonach Sinclair die Nielsen Local TV Voter Ratings fรผr sechs wichtige politische Mรคrkte lizenzieren wird.
Die Vereinbarung sieht vor, dass Sinclair den neuen Service Voter Ratings von Nielsen nutzt, der Einblicke in die Art und Weise liefert, wie Wรคhlersegmente lokale Medien konsumieren und die Reichweite lokaler TV-Sender fรผr wichtige Wรคhlerkategorien unter Verwendung von Experian Simmonsยฎ PoliticalPersonas-Daten quantifiziert. Sinclair lizenziert die Daten in sechs Mรคrkten, darunter Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, Greenville-Spartanburg-Asheville, West Palm Beach, Las Vegas und Richmond, Va. Es wird erwartet, dass die Ausgaben fรผr politische Werbung in diesen Mรคrkten besonders hoch sind, und die Sinclair-Sender werden in die Lage versetzt, ihren Anteil an den politischen Werbeausgaben zu erhรถhen und ihr kommerzielles Inventar zu maximieren, indem sie Nielsens Lรถsung fรผr Wรคhlerbewertungen nutzen.
