Wilson is an advocate for hiring diverse talent and for media executives guiding newcomers and welcoming them into the ever-changing media industry. Wilson’s work with Nielsen’s Business Resource Groups, including N-GEN, a cross-generational group, and NATIV, Native American, Tribal, Indigenous Voices group at Nielsen, allows her to provide mentorship for those in the industry who are looking to increase their advocacy within the industry.
