Supported by 13 of the county’s leading organisations, the Oxfordshire Business Awards serve as a benchmark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment. The awards are a celebration to recognize, reward and promote the excellence of Oxfordshire-based companies.
“This award celebrates Nielsen’s investment and support in our apprentice programmes, which have grown year on year,” said Lisa Traynor, Head of Learning & Development, Nielsen. “The award also demonstrates the accolade and ability of our apprentices themselves. We are proud to be supporting young people in our local communities and look forward to welcoming more apprentices as we build on the programme in the future.”
ภายใต้โครงการฝึกงานของ Nielsen เราได้เปิดรับสมัครพนักงานฝึกงานตั้งแต่ปี 2014 โดยมีตั้งแต่ระดับ 3 (เทียบเท่าระดับ A) ไปจนถึงระดับ 6 (เทียบเท่าระดับปริญญา) พนักงานฝึกงานของเราไม่เพียงแต่สามารถเรียนได้ในระดับต่างๆ เท่านั้น แต่ยังได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทระดับโลกและในสาขาต่างๆ ของธุรกิจอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ พนักงานฝึกงานของเรายังได้รับการรับรองว่าจะได้งานเมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่สนับสนุนเศรษฐกิจในท้องถิ่นเท่านั้น แต่ยังมอบทรัพยากรบุคลากรที่เปี่ยมด้วยพลังและแรงจูงใจให้กับเราอีกด้วย โดยนำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ๆ และสร้างสรรค์เพื่อช่วยให้เราสามารถให้บริการลูกค้าได้ดียิ่งขึ้น
