2018年第4四半期賞品抽選会への参加条件1.応募方法および賞品に関する情報は、本応募条件の一部を構成します。a.2018年9月13日から2018年12月3日の間にニュージーランド全国出版物読者調査（対面式第38～48週）に回答し、ニールセンに返送した有資格の回答者全員は、完了した調査1件につき2018年第4四半期の賞品抽選に自動的に1回応募できます。上記の応募資格は、対象回答者1名につき1回までとします。対象回答者は全員、ニールセンに以下のアンケートに回答し、返送してください。b.2018年9月13日から2019年1月14日の間にニュージーランド消費者・メディアボイス調査（2018年第4四半期）の紙版に記入し、ニールセンに返送した有資格回答者は、記入済み調査1件につき2018年第4四半期の賞品抽選へのエントリーが自動的に5件となります。応募資格のある回答者1名につき調査票(b)1枚まで。

A “Completed Survey” is any one of (a) – (b) above that is completed and returned to Nielsen and any one of (c) that is completed online by eligible respondents within the designated time period.Please read the Terms and Conditions below that apply to this competition.2. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.3. Promotion commences on 13 September 2018 and closes on 14 January 2019. The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above.4. The draw will take place at 11 am on 23 January 2019. The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winner’s name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 3 February 2019.
