– News.com.au retains top place in Nielsen digital news rankings
– ABC News Website moves up to second place
– Nielsen’s new Digital Content Ratings data found that the unique audience was consistently highest to news content on Fridays

Sydney, Australia – 23 August 2017: Nielsen Digital Ratings (Monthly) data for July 2017 saw more Australians consuming Current Events & Global News content with a unique audience of 13.4 million, up 1% when compared to June 2017.

News.com.au ha mantenuto la prima posizione con un pubblico unico di 5,9 milioni di persone, con un aumento dell'11% rispetto al mese precedente. Al secondo posto troviamo ABC News Websites (4,7 milioni, +3%), che si è scambiato il posto con nine.com.au (4,5 milioni, -4%).

Al quarto posto nei dati digitali di Nielsen si trova smh.com.au (+12%), al quinto il Daily Mail (0%), seguito da The Guardian (+4%), Yahoo7 News Websites (+4%) e BBC (0%).

Il Daily Telegraph è entrato nella top ten della classifica al nono posto con un pubblico unico di 2,3 milioni (+5%), seguito dall'Herald Sun al decimo posto con un pubblico unico di 2,3 milioni (-2%).
