1. Le informazioni sulle modalitร di partecipazione e sui premi fanno parte delle presenti condizioni di partecipazione.
Tutti gli intervistati idonei che completano e restituiscono a Nielsen uno dei seguenti dati:
a. Sondaggio sui lettori delle pubblicazioni nazionali neozelandesi (Face to Face Weeks 27 to 37) tra il 2 luglio e il 21 settembre 2015; oppure
b. Diario di ascolto della radio neozelandese (Wave 3) tra il 21 giugno e il 29 agosto 2015; oppure
c. Sondaggio sugli atteggiamenti radiofonici (2015/3) tra il 21 giugno e il 29 agosto 2015.
will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Quarter 3 2015 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one (1) entry per eligible respondent for each of (a) โ (c) above.ย

will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 3 2015 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one Completed Survey (d) per eligible respondent.ย
Per "Sondaggio completato" si intende uno qualsiasi dei punti (a) - (d) di cui sopra, completato e restituito a Nielsen dai rispondenti idonei entro il periodo di tempo stabilito.ย

2. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. ย Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
3. Promotion commences on 21st June 2015 and closes on 5th October 2015. ย The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above. ย
4. The draw will take place at 11 am on 21st October2015. ย The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winnerโs name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 1st November 2015. Promoterโs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
5. The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL prize, a NZD$5,000 cheque. ย The prize winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. ย No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
7. 8. If after a further 10 days having made reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided, the Promoter has not been able to make contact, the Promoter will randomly select one further entry which will be the winner of the prize. ย In the event there is a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, he/she will be notified by telephone, email or post
