CONDIÇÕES DE PARTICIPAÇÃO NO SORTEIO DO TRIMESTRE 3 DE 2019
1 – Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. All eligible respondents who complete and return to Nielsen the following:
a. Pesquisa de leitores de publicações nacionais da Nova Zelândia (semanas presenciais 27 a 37) entre 27 de junho de 2019 e 16 de setembro de 2019:
receberá automaticamente uma (1) participação no sorteio do prêmio do 3º trimestre de 2019 para cada pesquisa concluída. Limite de uma (1) entrada por respondente elegível para os itens acima.
Todos os entrevistados elegíveis que preencherem e devolverem à Nielsen o:
b. Versão impressa da Pesquisa de Voz do Consumidor e da Mídia da Nova Zelândia (Trimestre 3, 2019) entre 27 de junho de 2019 e 25 de setembro de 2019.
receberão automaticamente cinco (5) entradas para o sorteio do prêmio do terceiro trimestre de 2019 para cada pesquisa respondida. Limite de uma Pesquisa Concluída (b) por respondente qualificado.
OU
c. Todos os respondentes qualificados para cada parte da Pesquisa de Voz do Consumidor e da Mídia on-line de três (3) partes (Trimestre 3, 2019) concluída entre 27 de junho de 2019 e 25 de setembro de 2019:
receberão automaticamente quatro (4) entradas para o sorteio do Prêmio do Trimestre 3 de 2019 para cada parte concluída da pesquisa on-line, com um máximo de doze (12) entradas para a conclusão de todas as três partes.
Uma "Pesquisa Concluída" é qualquer uma das (a) - (b) acima que seja concluída e devolvida à Nielsen e qualquer uma das (c) que seja concluída on-line por respondentes elegíveis dentro do período de tempo designado.

2 – Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
3 – Promotion commences on 27 June 2019 and closes on 25 September 2019. The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above.
4 – The draw will take place at 11 am on 9 October 2019. The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winner’s name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 20 October 2019. Promoter’s decisions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5 – The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL prize, a NZD$5,000 cheque. The prize winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.
6 – Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
7 – The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8 – If after a further 10 days having made reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided, the Promoter has not been able to make contact, the Promoter will randomly select one further entry which will be the winner of the prize. In the event there is a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, he/she will be notified by telephone, email or post
9 – If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or guardian.
10 – All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored securely at the office of the Promoter and used to operate and administer this Prize Draw and to contact you about participating in additional surveys. As per the relevant privacy legislation, a request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to that office.
