New York, N.Y. – February 16, 2011 – Nielsen Holdings N.V. (“Nielsen”) (NYSE: NLSN), a leading global provider of information and analytics around what consumers buy and watch, and the indirect parent company of The Nielsen Company B.V. (“TNC”), today announced that it will report its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010 on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. Although the financial statements of Nielsen are not identical to the financial statements of TNC, the Company believes that the financial results of Nielsen are material to TNC’s investors as TNC is the principal subsidiary of Nielsen.
