Z przyjemnością informujemy, że firma Nielsen otrzymała niedawno nagrodę Oxfordshire Apprenticeship of the Year Award 2017.
Supported by 13 of the county’s leading organisations, the Oxfordshire Business Awards serve as a benchmark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment. The awards are a celebration to recognize, reward and promote the excellence of Oxfordshire-based companies.
“This award celebrates Nielsen’s investment and support in our apprentice programmes, which have grown year on year,” said Lisa Traynor, Head of Learning & Development, Nielsen. “The award also demonstrates the accolade and ability of our apprentices themselves. We are proud to be supporting young people in our local communities and look forward to welcoming more apprentices as we build on the programme in the future.”
W ramach programu Nielsen Apprenticeship Programme od 2014 roku przyjmujemy praktykantów od poziomu 3 (odpowiednik poziomu A) do naszego nowego poziomu 6 (odpowiednik stopnia naukowego). Nasi praktykanci nie tylko mogą uczyć się na różnych poziomach, ale także doświadczają, jak to jest pracować dla globalnej firmy i w różnych obszarach działalności. Co więcej, nasi praktykanci mają zagwarantowaną pracę po zakończeniu programu, co nie tylko wspiera lokalną gospodarkę, ale także zapewnia nam energiczny i zmotywowany strumień talentów, wnosząc nowe i innowacyjne pomysły, które pomogą nam lepiej służyć naszym klientom.
Nasz program praktyk zawodowych Nielsen został doceniony za przekraczanie normalnych standardów i oczekiwań w zakresie zapewniania wysokiej jakości praktyk zawodowych. W ciągu ostatnich trzech lat nasi praktykanci zdobyli nagrodę Apprentice of the Year przyznawaną przez Oxfordshire Apprentices oraz The European Alliance Apprentice Award. Program praktyk zawodowych Nielsen został również uznany przez National Apprenticeships za Top 100 pracodawców oferujących praktyki zawodowe w Wielkiej Brytanii.
