Jessica Holscott joined Nielsen in February 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, leading Nielsen’s global finance organization. As CFO, Jessica will oversee all of Nielsen’s financial activities across the globe, including financial planning and analysis, tax, controllership, internal audit and treasury.

Prior to Nielsen, Jessica was the CFO of Spotter, a creator focused company. She previously served as EVP and CFO for Warner Media’s Studios & Networks Group, responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and supporting the CEO with all strategic decisions across Warner Bros., HBO and the Turner Networks. Prior to this role, Holscott served as EVP and CFO for HBO. She also spent over two years as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Time Warner, developing and executing the company’s investor relations initiatives.

Previously, Holscott served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer for Aptiv (Delphi), where she was responsible for all global initiatives related to communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts.

After beginning her career in General Electric Company’s Financial Management Program, she rose through the ranks from corporate audit to Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman and CFO. In this role, she was integral in providing critical valuation and capital allocation analysis for GE’s senior leadership team.

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Dayton in Ohio. She has 3 amazing children and resides in CT.
