Taipei – October 28, 2022 – Today Nielsen announced the incorporation of YouTube measurement for desktop and mobile within its Total Peringkat Iklan (TAR) solution in Taiwan, following the successful launch in three additional markets in APAC last week: the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
