SYARAT-SYARAT UNTUK MENGIKUTI UNDIAN HADIAH KUARTAL 4 TAHUN 20181. Informasi tentang cara mengikuti dan hadiah merupakan bagian dari syarat-syarat keikutsertaan. Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat yang mengisi dan mengembalikan kepada Nielsen berikut ini: a. Survei Pembaca Publikasi Nasional Selandia Baru (Minggu ke-38 sampai Minggu ke-38) antara 13 September 2018 dan 3 Desember 2018: secara otomatis akan menerima satu (1) entri ke dalam Pengundian Hadiah Kuartal 4 2018 untuk setiap Survei yang telah diselesaikan. Batas satu (1) entri per responden yang memenuhi syarat untuk hal di atas Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat yang menyelesaikan dan mengembalikan ke Nielsen: b. Survei Suara Konsumen dan Media Selandia Baru versi cetak (Kuartal 4, 2018) antara 13 September 2018 dan 14 Januari 2019. secara otomatis akan menerima lima (5) entri ke dalam Pengundian Hadiah Kuartal 4 2018 untuk setiap Survei yang Diselesaikan. c. Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat untuk setiap bagian dari tiga (3) bagian Survei Suara Konsumen dan Media secara online (Kuartal 4, 2018) yang diselesaikan antara tanggal 13 September 2018 dan 6 Desember 2018:
akan secara otomatis menerima empat (4) entri ke dalam pengundian Hadiah Kuartal 4 2018 untuk setiap bagian yang telah diselesaikan dalam survei online dengan maksimum dua belas (12) entri untuk menyelesaikan ketiga bagian.
A โCompleted Surveyโ is any one of (a) โ (b) above that is completed and returned to Nielsen and any one of (c) that is completed online by eligible respondents within the designated time period.Please read the Terms and Conditions below that apply to this competition.2.
