SYARAT MASUK - Pengundian Hadiah Kuartal 3 Tahun 2015 ย ย ย ย ย
1. Informasi tentang cara mengikuti dan hadiah merupakan bagian dari ketentuan entri ini.
Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat yang melengkapi dan mengembalikan salah satu dari yang berikut ini kepada Nielsen:
a. Survei Pembaca Publikasi Nasional Selandia Baru (Tatap Muka Minggu ke-27 hingga 37) antara tanggal 2 Juli hingga 21 September 2015; atau
b. Buku Harian Mendengarkan Radio Selandia Baru (Gelombang 3) antara tanggal 21 Juni dan 29 Agustus 2015; atau
c. Survei Sikap Radio (2015/3) antara tanggal 21 Juni dan 29 Agustus 2015.
will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Quarter 3 2015 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one (1) entry per eligible respondent for each of (a) โ (c) above.ย

d. Survei Suara Konsumen dan Media Selandia Baru (Kuartal 3, 2015) antara tanggal 2 Juli dan 5 Oktober
will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 3 2015 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one Completed Survey (d) per eligible respondent.ย

2. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. ย Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
3. Promotion commences on 21st June 2015 and closes on 5th October 2015. ย The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above. ย
4. The draw will take place at 11 am on 21st October2015. ย The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winnerโs name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 1st November 2015. Promoterโs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
5. The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL prize, a NZD$5,000 cheque. ย The prize winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.
6. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. ย No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
7. If after a further 10 days having made reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided, the Promoter has not been able to make contact, the Promoter will randomly select one further entry which will be the winner of the prize. ย In the event there is a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, he/she will be notified by telephone, email or post

10. All personal contact details of the entrants will be stored securely at the office of the Promoter and used to operate and administer this Prize Draw and to contact you about participating in additional surveys. ย As per the relevant privacy legislation, a request to access, update or correct any personal information should be directed to that office.
