CONDITIONS OF ENTRY FOR THE Q2 2014 PRIZE DRAW
Informasi mengenai cara mengikuti dan hadiah merupakan bagian dari syarat dan ketentuan pendaftaran ini. Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat yang mengisi dan mengembalikan salah satu formulir berikut ini kepada Nielsen:
a. Survei Pembaca Publikasi Nasional Selandia Baru (Minggu Tatap Muka 17-27) antara 17 April dan 30 Juni 2014; atau
b. Buku Harian Mendengarkan Radio Selandia Baru (Gelombang 2) antara tanggal 18 April dan 29 Juni 2014; atau
c. Survei Pendengar Radio Selandia Baru (2014/2) antara tanggal 18 April dan 15 Juli 2014.
akan secara otomatis menerima satu (1) entri ke dalam Pengundian Hadiah Kuartal 2 2014 untuk setiap Survei yang telah diselesaikan. Batas satu (1) entri per responden yang memenuhi syarat untuk setiap (a) - (c) di atas.
Semua responden yang memenuhi syarat yang mengisi dan mengembalikannya ke Nielsen:
d. Survei Suara Konsumen dan Media Selandia Baru (Kuartal 2, 2014) antara tanggal 17 April dan 16 Juli 2014
will automatically receive five (5) entries into the Quarter 2 2014 Prize Draw for each Completed Survey. ย Limit of one Completed Survey (d) per eligible respondent.
A ‘Completed Survey’ is any one of (a) โ (d) above that is completed and returned to Nielsen by eligible respondents within the designated time period.

1. Entry is only open to residents of New Zealand who are eligible for the Quarterly Prize Draw. ย Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible.
2. Promotion commences on 18th April 2014 and closes on 30th June 2014. ย The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above. ย
3. The draw will take place at 11 am on 30th July 2014. ย The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winnerโs name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 10th August 2014. Promoterโs decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
4. The first valid entry drawn will win the TOTAL prize, a NZD$5,000 cheque. ย The prize winner is responsible for any tax associated with the prize.
5. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. ย No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, misdirected or illegible entries.
6. If after a further 10 days having made reasonable efforts to contact the winner using the contact details provided, the Promoter has not been able to make contact, the Promoter will randomly select one further entry which will be the winner of the prize. ย In the event there is a winner in the unclaimed prize draw, he/she will be notified by telephone, email or post
