Ryanne memimpin tim Pengalaman Pelanggan di Nielsen. Beliau bertanggung jawab untuk menyatukan pengalaman pelanggan secara global dan di seluruh produk untuk mendorong kepuasan dan nilai pelanggan dengan membangun kepercayaan dan mendukung kesuksesan Pelanggan kami.

Ryanne adalah seorang eksekutif media dan teknologi yang bersemangat dengan pengalaman yang luas di bidang periklanan dan data. Dia sebelumnya memegang posisi Chief Customer Officer di Amobee dan Smartly.io, setelah memulai karirnya dengan memimpin pelanggan melalui transformasi media digital di bidang periklanan Pencarian dan Sosial di Doubleclick dan Google.

Ryanne is dedicated to building community and making a broad global impact using technology and advertising.  In 2020, Ryanne founded AdTechCares, a non profit organization with the mission to Combat Misinformation and Keep Humanity Well – reaching over 3 billion humans globally with PSAs supporting organizations such as the World Health Organization, Team Rubicon and Project Drawdown.

Ryanne holds an MA in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and a BA in Communications from University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign.  Ryanne remains the Board Chair for AdTechCares and is a Founding Member of Chief and Kindred, both organizations rooted in DEIJ. Ryanne resides in Chicago.
