Prior to Nielsen, Carole was BuzzFeedโs first communications chief, and oversaw all global communications strategy, public and media relations, and internal communications. Carole spent most of her career at MTV Networks where she was Executive Vice President of Communications and Chief of Staff for the network group that included MTV, Comedy Central and Nickelodeon. She also spent three years as Executive Vice President of Corporate & Marketing Communications for Viacom.
Carole menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Alumni Colgate University dan sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Komite Brand dan Keterlibatan Penonton untuk The Public Theater dan Komite Sackler Center for Feminist Art untuk The Brooklyn Museum.
