Nielsen gibt den Abschluss des Verkaufs des Global Connect Business an Advent International bekannt

New York, NY, March 5, 2021 – Nielsen Holdings plc (“Nielsen”) (NYSE: NLSN) announced today that it has completed the previously announced sale of NielsenIQ to affiliates of Advent International, in partnership with James “Jim” Peck. NielsenIQ is Nielsen’s former Global Connect business.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Guggenheim Securities, LLC acted as financial advisors to Nielsen, and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, Clifford Chance LLP, DLA Piper, and Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisors to Nielsen.
