New York, NY – Dec. 19, 2019 – Nielsen Holdings plc (NYSE: NLSN) announced today the addition of Nancy Tellem as a member of the company’s Board of Directors, effective Dec. 18, 2019.
Tellem ist eine weithin angesehene Veteranin der Medienbranche. Zu ihren Erfahrungen gehören Stationen bei CBS, Warner Brothers, Microsoft und MGM. Im Laufe der Jahre war sie Präsidentin von CBS Entertainment Network und CBS Studios, Präsidentin von XBOX Entertainment Studios und Leiterin der Geschäftsabteilung von Warner Brothers Television. Gegenwärtig ist sie Chief Media Officer und Executive Chairwoman von Eko, einem interaktiven Streaming-Dienst, der eigene Technologien einsetzt, um das Geschichtenerzählen neu zu gestalten.

Nancy has been honored with a number of awards, including induction into the Broadcasting and Cable Hall of Fame, listing on Forbes list of the world’s 100 most powerful women, and she was a recipient of the Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award in recognition of her “extraordinary passion, leadership, independence and vision.”
