Wir freuen uns, bekannt geben zu können, dass Nielsen kürzlich den Oxfordshire Apprenticeship of the Year Award 2017 erhalten hat.
Supported by 13 of the county’s leading organisations, the Oxfordshire Business Awards serve as a benchmark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment. The awards are a celebration to recognize, reward and promote the excellence of Oxfordshire-based companies.
“This award celebrates Nielsen’s investment and support in our apprentice programmes, which have grown year on year,” said Lisa Traynor, Head of Learning & Development, Nielsen. “The award also demonstrates the accolade and ability of our apprentices themselves. We are proud to be supporting young people in our local communities and look forward to welcoming more apprentices as we build on the programme in the future.”
Im Rahmen des Nielsen-Lehrlingsprogramms stellen wir seit 2014 Auszubildende ein, die von Stufe 3 (A-Level-Äquivalent) bis zu unserer neuen Stufe 6 (Abschluss-Äquivalent) reichen. Unsere Auszubildenden können nicht nur auf verschiedenen Ebenen lernen, sondern auch erfahren, wie es ist, für ein globales Unternehmen und in verschiedenen Bereichen des Unternehmens zu arbeiten. Darüber hinaus haben unsere Auszubildenden am Ende des Programms eine Arbeitsplatzgarantie, was nicht nur die örtliche Wirtschaft unterstützt, sondern uns auch mit tatkräftigen und motivierten Talenten versorgt, die neue und innovative Ideen einbringen, damit wir unsere Kunden besser bedienen können.
Unser Nielsen-Lehrlingsausbildungsprogramm wurde dafür anerkannt, dass es die üblichen Standards und Erwartungen an eine qualitativ hochwertige Ausbildung übertrifft. In den letzten drei Jahren haben unsere Auszubildenden den Apprentice of the Year von Oxfordshire Apprentices und den European Alliance Apprentice Award gewonnen. Das Nielsen-Lehrlingsausbildungsprogramm wurde außerdem von der National Apprenticeships als einer der 100 besten Arbeitgeber für Lehrlingsausbildung in Großbritannien ausgezeichnet.
